Just a Quick Update on My Success!

Weight: 205 (5'6)
BMI 32.1 (30 is obese)
Waist - 37"
Hips - 45"
Thigh - 15"
Upper Arm - 28"


Change of plans, ladies.  I'm gonna be a hiefer through this summer.  I just like food too much.  The end goal is still 170, but by dropping it from trying to lose 2 lbs/week to 1 per week, my calorie range is now 1430 - 1780, instead of 1200 - 1500.  I kind of let myself go last week (I still tracked everything in my food journal) and I naturally ate about around 1700 calories (me!! less than 2k!).  I was so fretting about days I went over my "budget" that I'd punish myself with near-starvation the following day.  That's, obviously, unhealthy...

I've started weighing my food.  I bought a food scale and I thought it was going to make me more stressed, but it's actually kind of freeing.  I like the sort of safety net that measuring gives me.  I think it's cause down on some level, I'm kinda anal.  I get it from my daddy.  Ah, but here's to losing 12 lbs!
